1. PLAN
First things first, head into their new premises at 25 Reynolds Place, Papamoa or give them a call. They'll look at your plan or go out to your site to assess.

2. QUANTIFY
From your plan, Aaron can quantify and give you an initial indication in regards to how much carpet or vinyl you need and the costs involved.

3. SIGN OFF
This is your chance to clarify with the team and decide whether you go ahead with the project.

4. CHOOSE
Dianne and Tania will share their expertise with you! From cut pile to twists, level loops and sisals, they will explain the features and make sure you get the right flooring for your needs. Bring in your colour schemes and keep in mind your furniture to ensure a great overall look.

5. SITE MEASURE
While you're co-coordinating floorings, furniture and colour schemes, Aaron will be putting his initial quantifying to the test. He will measure your site to confirm his plans, paying special attention to joins and making the most of your rooms potential.

6. CUT
Your carpet or vinyl is then pre-cut back at the warehouse allowing for more efficient installation.

7. INSTALLATION
Now it's time for the boys to move in. In most cases, installation can be completed within a day.

8. CLEAN UP
And finally….. Last but certainly not least, Lisa gives your new flooring a vacuum.
